jesse kirsch, i know you have been out there for a while. what does security look like?got music playing and people walking about. if you turn around, you can see trucks, delivery trucks amongst all of the people walking out here as well. it's our understanding this is normal to see traffic because you've got deliveries and those kinds of things going on with the road open over here. as we make a full turnaround in this intersection, i don't see any uniformed police officers, a sharp contrast from what we have seen last night. of course the number of people out here right now is a fraction compared to what i saw last night but i think it's worth noting we are couple of days after this attack, there is a memorial at the end of bourbon street, people coming to pay respects over there, people doing tourism over here, businesses over here. with the city under a microscope, i do not see a police officer out here. there has been a patrol car making lapse in the area at least a couple of times but it is such a difference from what i saw last night. i want to show you video from
