jessica boyington has been watching it for us. jess? >>> right.ecially on a friday morning we see lighter volume. people take three-day weekends. fridays are usually a lighter day in terms of traffic. 95 is shut down on the northbound side just approaching route 413 moving through bristol. now the traffic that you see moving here is not traffic getting by on 95. it's all of that traffic that they're diverting off on the 413 off ramp. that's where the diversion is. once you get to this point, you'll have to be re-routed around, as well. there's an accident scene underway. it might be there for some time because there's serious injuries reported from the scene, as well. the southbound side is getting by. i'll help you get around it for now. again, southbound isn't going to be a problem. it's the northbound side where we're starting to see slowdowns, and that chunk here that's closed where the traffic is being diverted off. if you're on 95 northbound now, the backups aren't too severe because it's just into the 5:00 hour now. we don't typically see d
