plus traffic reporter jessica boyington is watching the impact on the rush. leading it all is our team of meteorologists monitoring which neighborhoods are at risk. >> let's begin with glenn "hurricane" schwartz, who is tracking this storm for us. to computer can models agreeing on the basic trend that the heaviest of the rain is going to be just south of philadelphia. that's why the first alert is for allrhoohe except for the lehigh valley, berks, bucks and mercer counties. those are the ones further to the north of philadelphia. philadelphia and all areas south of that are still included. this is until 3:00 p.m. on saturday for the heavy rain, possible flooding. remember the ground is very wet because of all the rain we have had during the months of july. that makes it easier to flood. it takes less rain to do that. we have a pretty high threat of flooding. delaware, south jersey and into. you can see the leading edge has gone into delaware. coming into chester county can and berks county and toward the shore. we're already e seeing some heavy thunderstorms
