i'm jessica castro from abc 7 mornings. rin county is forcing evacuations and prompting road closures. right now, the irving fire has burned 100 acres in the wooded area of samuel p. taylor state park. that is just over a tenth of a square mile, but the flames are threatening 150 structures. people living on mountain king road, portola avenue, and alamo road down to barranca way were urged to evacuate last night to laganitas high school. . road closures include all of alamo road and all of sir franc francis drake, so a heads up if you are in that area. >>> we have a pretty significant new problem. sounds like nine vehicles involved in a crash on northbound 280, just past ocean avenue. so leaving daly city heading towards san francisco. we have the three left lanes blocked. the two right lanes are open. so definitely expect some delays there. and some better news in the north bay. southbound 101 south of petaluma, an earlier sig alert has cleared. once you make it to the golden gate bridge, things are looking pretty good. >>

good morning, i'm jessica castro from abc 7 mornings. e nicco has our forecast. >> hey, jessica. hi, everybody. we'll start with cloudy conditions. you can see at the golden gate bridge, we'll have sunshine. it will be a little slow today and only partial at our beaches, but everything's pretty good as far as being outdoors. look at these temperatures, 60s and 70s. now, it is going to get warmer, but it's not an offshore event. so only our inland neighborhoods will hit the 80s and 90s wednesday, thursday, and friday. alexis? >> okay, we've got a lot of red on our traffic maps at this point and a long delay on the approach to the benicia bridge on eastbound 780. this is all due the a crash in the clearing stages, but emergency crews are blocking the left lane. you can see that's causing quite the backup there. that's about a 20 to 25 minutes delay. and a sig alert here southbound highway 13 near redwood road in oakland. a rollover crash started on the southbound side and ended on the northbound side, so we've got some delays in that area,

i'm jessica castro from abc 7 mornings. we have learned that surveillance cameras in the mcarthur b.a.r.t. station parking lot were accidentally turned on and sent information to a database that i.c.e. can access. those cameras were installed to read license plates. b.a.r.t.'s board told the police department in april 2016 not to turn them on, but at some point, they were activated. the police department figured out they were reporting in november of last year and immediately shut them down. b.a.r.t. officials will meet to discuss the issue today. >>> okay. taking a look at the roads. we did have a solo vehicle spin out. it seems like it didn't actually hit anything on southbound 680, just before mission boulevard. that was blocking a couple of lanes, but they did just push that off to the shoulder. so definitely some delays as you come through the sunol area on southbound 680. and another crash westbound 580 on the richmond side of the richmond/san rafael bridge, that was just pushed off to the shoulder so some delays appro

i'm jessica castro from abc 7 mornings.rancisco right now, police are investigating a shooting outside a pizza place in the marina district. and police say the 31-year-old victim is an employee of marina pizza and cafe. he was taking out the trash just before 3:00 this morning on lombard street and that's when police say a suspect demanded money and then shot the victim. that suspect ran away, but officers were able to arrest him a few blocks away. the victim has non-life-threatening injuries. now let's look at your traffic. hi, there, alexis. >> good morning. it has just been a mess in the south bay. i want to take you back down to northbound 101 near matilda. sounds like still just one or two lanes getting by. the left side is blocked due to a multi-car crash. that's one of about four collisions in that area of northbound 101 this morning. a new crash has come and gone before saratoga avenue. a motorcycle is down in the two middle lanes. that just cleared, but you're backed up all the way into the downtown area. jessica?
