. >> good morning to jessica doyle. good morning, jess. >> good morning to both of you. for wall street waiting on the outcome of the latest opec meeting going on in vienna. oil ministers are expected to decide whether to increase oil production. the u.s. will release its latest outlook on supply and demand. demand has been falling as gas prices remain high. as for wall street, checking the numbers. dow stands at 12,089 dropping another 61 points in trading. the nasdaq was off by 30 and the s&p 500 was off by almost 14 points. >>> metro wants to hire in a big way. it has put in a request to add 345 positions in the coming budget which would raise the head count to well over 11,300. it is second year in a row that metro would increase the staffing that was started last spring as general manager and has brought in new executives, created new high level positions, shaken up communications staff and giving out bonuses as big as $20,000. metro is trying to close a $66 million budget shortfall. >> groupon and expedia want to help you take off and land for less. they've formed
