i know that it's been a really serious challenge in this office because of the loss of jessica gotty who we all knew and loved tremendously. i still feel his loss everyday and wish he were here to talk to and argue with and have fun with. i think he would be so proud to know that you're following in his footsteps to lead this office and i know so many people have a tremendous amount of respect for you and your work and i know together we'll push forward with some criminal changes in our criminal justice system because we know minow's work that people are truly represented and they have a fair trial is something that's important to me and to him and along with making sure that people get the best support and defense necessary. and also that we provide services and resources to people who in some instances may have made mistakes in their lives and need that hand to lift them up and support them, which we know he has done firsthand. so we couldn't have a better person to serve in this capacity and i'm honour ed thi honoured. i know you appointed you, but that doesn't always translate to
