jessica howard is a former rhythmic gymnast and one of nassar's accusers.or having me. >> i can only imagine what went through your head and heart when you learned how badly the fbi in indianapolis handled those first allegations. >> i had an inkling of what would be in the report just because i was on the board of directors. i know steve. i know the way they work. there was too much going on between their communication to give you ease about the fbi's role. but after reading the report yesterday, i'm just saddened and shocked. because it's the fbi. like, if you can't trust the fbi, what stopped in all of those field offices with all of those people, them sending an e-mail or picking up the phone and just saying this is going on. there are children in danger. >> and doing the proper followup. it turns out that some of the accusers, the fbi agents didn't even call them. they knew there were multiple accusers and didn't, i don't know, make the time, expand the investigation to even talk to them. what does that tell you? >> it tells us they don't care a smidge

jessica howard is with us now only on "cbs this morning." good morning to you, jessica.runette. we are really glad that you are hear. i can only imagine what this fbi report has done to you or how it has made you feel. has it been triggering for you. >> it has, but in a slightly different way than the visioners began at the beginning this process. it used to be fiery and outrage, like, how could this happen? and now, i don't know, i guess i have come to expect that nothing will be done. but, again you are talking about the fbi. >> yeah. >> the fbi is one of the most trusted institutions in our country. so reading this list of horrible criminal activity that actually has a human cost and resulted in the sexual abuse of more than 70, we think closer to 120 new victims who were as young as 8. so it's not that they just messed up 's not that they and messed up. they actually have aff least 70 young girls. >> do you think all along the way so many people messed up in this case? we are going to focus on the fbi today because of the report. but when you look back at the big pic

jessica aguirre. so oakland played ball today. the city council approve ago plan that would finance the move to the howard terminal at the port of oakland, but it was not the home run the team was hoping are to. the city voting a proposal the team hadn't approved. project that would include 35,000 fans and 1.5 million square feet of office space as well as retail space, hotel room and outdoor space for the public. here's how the vote went. six council members voted yes. one council member, noel gallo followed through with what he told us yesterday and voted no. council member carol feist on stained. they said the development would help create jobs. but council member gallo says the a's have a better option. >> i do support staying at the coliseum. because we have all the structures. the land, the money and certainly the commitment of the city of oakland to move and rebuild a new stadium. rebuild east oakland. >> we are unified in keeping the a's rooted in oakland in a way that protects our port, protects our community and protects the taxpayers. >> now the council had concerns about housing. they would include the a's to build affordabl
