we're live at penn station here in baltimore, i'm jessica kartalija, wjz eyewitness news. >> all right, thank you, jessica. >>> are motorists heeding the advice and staying off the road? first warning weather coverage continues with sharon gibala at wjz traffic control. >> reporter: well, things are actually picking up outside. we do have plenty of snow on the roads now. we also have plenty of accidents. one blocking all lanes of eastbound at magacy bridge road. on 70, westbound, past woord vine road. there's a wreck there. another on westbound 40, at 29. in towson, watch for a wreck on ruckston road at jack frost lane. and in the city, two accidents there. elsnor. meantime, in ashdean, we still have that dump truck that lost its load, blocking all lanes of paradise road at i-95. your alternate there is going to be churchville road. and on 50, in the eastbound lanes, at cape st. claire road, we have an accident there. meantime, as far as delays go, there's a look at your three slowest spots outside. all roads in the major roadways now starting to be in the 30s and the 40s. so motorists
