and i'm jessica kartalija. here's what people are talk about today. sexual assault case against dominique strauss-kahn is crumbling. we're in lower manhattan where dominique strauss-kahn faced the judge. >> reporter: dominique strauss- kahn headed to court to learn whether a new york judge will free him from house arrest. the sexual assault case is reportedly falling apart. prosecutors are raising questions about the credibility of the made. law enforcement officials told the new york times that they believe she lied about her background and what she did around the time of the assault. she talked to a man in prison about the benefits of charging dominique strauss-kahn. prosecutors are also curious about activity in her bank account. >> reporter: after posting $6 million in bond and paying for his own armed guards -- there's a bail decision being reviewed. it's rare to see the prosecution questioning the witness. >> it suggests there are serious problems here and the prosecution is backing away at this point. >> reporter: the arrest for dominique strau
