jessica kartalija has more on the suspect and how he was arrested. jessica? >> reporter: police do fear there may be other victims out there. and they're asking anyone with any information to please come forward. >> reporter: 22-year-old branon sukforth sits in a cell, charged with multiple sex offenses, against two teens. >> one of the victims is 14 years old. and his mother became suspicious when she found some communications that indicated that her son was having some kind of sexual activity with a man. >> reporter: that's when police began investigating sukforth who used the nickname braden clark to contact his victims on facebook. >> reporter: that investigation not only confirmed the sexual activity with this victim, but also revealed that this suspect had been having sexual activity with another victim, a 13-year- old. >> reporter: police tell us that sukforth lived here in severn on the 8200 block of quarterfield road. at this point, it's unclear where his victims live. >> it's tragic. i think god had something special for those who harm children. >>

jessica kartalija has the latest from federal investigators. jessica?rter: kai, the helicopter, carrying a group of tourists went down moments after takeoff. and now they are hoping that navigation equipment might provide clues over what happened and what caused that crash. >> reporter: ntsb investigators are examining the helicopter that crashed into new york city's east river. they're trying to figure out what went wrong. >> the board will look at three areas. the human, the machine, the environment. >> reporter: the private helicopter was carrying four tourists when it took off. but it only made it about 25 feet in the air before spinning around, crashing into the river, and flipping upside down. >> as soon as you realize something is not right, it just turned over and went right down. >> chopper is down. >> reporter: emergency crews raced to the victims who were hanging onto the helicopter's skids. >> we were able to grab onto the first gentleman who was alive, and i was able to get my arms underneath him by lowering myself down onto the pier and la

jessica kartalija is live in the newsroom with the latest on the efforts to contain the crisis. >> reporter: 18 people have now died from the listeria outbreak, including a maryland man. investigators are searching for the source of the bacteria at jensen farms in colorado. the outbreak was traced back to the farm. so far, at least 100 people in 20 states have become sick. and health officials warn that number will likely rise. >> it can take several weeks to become sick after the person eats the contaminated food. and we expect to hear about more cases, probably into the middle part of october. >> reporter: unlike other food bacteria, listeria continues to live and grow when refrigerated. the best defense is to make sure you wash and scrub all fruits and vegetables before eating them. vic? >> jessica, thank you. the family of the maryland man killed in the outbreak is now suing jensen farms. >>> a hotel in the city. three guests developed legionnaire's disease. health officials say they haven't confirmed that the bacteria originated at the plume plaza hotel. but the hotel will voluntarily
