that just -- that might work on "the jetsons," that might work on television. i can't believe how that works in real life. what parents want their preschooler to be read to by a so-called "social robot" with social interaction instead of the teacher or a parent? and why are we spending taxpayer dollars on reading robots? actual human teachers provide what robots cannot. they relate to our children, they understand their individual needs, and think tailor their instruction -- and they tailor their instruction to bring out the very best in our children and on a personalized basis. i don't think a robot can adjust emotively and socially to different children in the classroom, yet obviously -- obviously the teacher is trained to do that. even the most advanced robot can't sense when a child's going through a rough time or provide the right touch to ensure a child's learning. and should the federal government, which is over $18 trillion in debt, be sending any money -- be spending any money, sending any money, let alone $440,000, on this research? is this something

the situations where they understand that they will have an emergency landing, and they will try to jetsonthis plane, they don't have the capacity to jettison fu fuel, and that is not the issue here. what happened is that the plane went out of control quickly. and we know that some have talked about the possibility of the nose pitching up and down, but it seems obvious to me at least they had complete electrical failure, and something that the airplane is designed to never have. when you start to lose electrical components, the data is goi is going to not be reliable. what is reliable is that we know that the plane descended far more rapidly than the flight control, and the automatic flight control would have all allowed it to do, and so it was out of the picture, and i believe that the all of the electrical power of the airplane was lost, and that means they have lost control of the plane and the ability to send a radar signal to be tracked. >> again, that particular plane, about 18 years old, and metro jet is the operator of the plane saw i sawing that the aircraft was in good shape, and

i will probably vote for the deal because i can't see jetsoning this important compromise because of that. but you're going to have the power to issue regulations with nine months dictating the frequency and duration of such calls. after i hard time imagining if someone has got debt collectors coming after them, have a hard time imagining that robocalls are very effective. you know, i don't think robocalls are effective for anything, including politics, but i'm pretty sure if you owe money to a bunch of people, including the federal government, you're not paying much attention to robocalls. so i would like to see really aggressive regulations around this. if this actually does become the law. about how frequent these calls could be and the duration of these calls. i just think this is a stupid idea. robocalls, we should be getting rid of them, not empowering the federal government to make them. i would appreciate your feedback and the commission's feedback on the regulations that you'd be willing to put in place if we go down this, i think, nutty path of -- >> so like you, i detest r
