in local legislation and resolutions related to jfk drive and now jfk promenade, there are multiple updates that are legislated related to the road in golden gate park. the first is that since the april meeting, the golden gate park access and safety program with referral number 220261, this is the legislation that was sponsored by the mayor. it has passed. it recommends that sfmta and the recreation and parks staff report is adopted. it was passed by a vote of 7-4 in a joint special meeting of the board of supervisors and the county transportation authority on april 26th. it was not a unanimous vote on that item. as the council nose, the jfk drive resolution helps to form the accessibility improvement and enhancement commitments, which i have linked to in this report, and the public can take a look at it. and absorb when it is posted. it was provided to the board of supervisors in preparation for the vote. i just want to say that this was -- this timeline of deliverables was something that was in the mayor's disability council resolution and this happened because of the resolution. i just
