jill wine-banks, eugene daniels and ben collins. ing when you look at all the of the various challenges and problems donald trump is facing, where do you think, where do you see him facing the most legal trouble? >> i actually would have trouble picking my favorite thing. which is the worst. you can count them, there are at least 16 separate cases and one of them, the search warrant has three separate crimes attached to it. january 6th committee which cannot lead to chronically, lead to corrective legislation says six components. so we are talking about a lot of things that he has to deal with both in terms with courts and in terms of legislation that could affect him in future attempts to be a candidate. i think they all combine into something that really should give the republican party some pause about whether this is the person who should be representing the party. those numbers that we are talking about in the paul really show that i think even republicans are supporting going ahead and that a lot of republicans no longer identi

jill wine-banks is the former assistant water gate prosecutor, and general counsel for the united states army. they both join me now. harry lippman, you heard me just dial through all of those. do you see it as part of a pattern? >> certainly, but there's a very big point, alicia, i think others have been focused on to date. this, is by far, not one of the biggest crimes he's been charged with. but, it carries the penalty, that someone who is convicted of it is disqualified from running for future federal office. so, 18 usc 17 oh 71, if you destroyed records, when they came and talk to him a few months ago, and carted stuff away. much of it was documents that have been ripped up. you had, just today, pictures of them stuffing things down the toilet. they may have decided to go after this, disqualify him from future office, secure a conviction, and have that be the broad resolution of the whole problem of trump. that, in any event it's huge, but this feature of it that he couldn't run for office in the future, is really an enormous aspect of it. >> jill, i want your thoughts on everything
