spokesman jim alison joins us now and what was the changing not single tracking midday for? >> we learned when we started to use that section this morning we ran a few trains through there, things were not impacted this badly, so we determined that the negative impact of shutting that down to do the full repair would be greater than going more slowly so we were able to go more slowly throughout the rest of the day and overnight tonight when we shut down we will get the thing fixed for good. >> the point is that people will have the normal commute, it is just a little slower travel through the tube. >> right. those trains slow down through a very short section of track and so we are expecting about 5 to 10 minute delays for most people. >> when do you expect to have the system up fully available for the public in its normal state? >> they hope to get it done overnight so when we begin service tomorrow morning things will be back to normal and this will be a bad memory. >> now back to the studio. >> thank you, tom. >>> as expected this morning bart troubles caused and increase
