jim allison is telling us, they are recommending commuters who cannot accommodate a 30 or more minute delay actually look for alternate transportation. it is not often that bart says that. it is not because a particular station problem, there is no bus bridges that will be agreed. the problem is that switching to trains through the station, the richmond fremont line, the dublin and pleasanton, daly city line and fremont, any trains heading through the transbay tube in the westbound direction are likely to be affected and again. we are talking about as much as 20 minute delays. again, they say this is not related to the problem with the earthquake this morning. that is not our only hot spot. let's check a couple of other problems. as the ride on the dublin grade into san leandro and castro valley, it is backed up because of an earlier accident. that is still tying up the right. there is an overturned accident here at kit not erode on highway 92. it is still tying up traffic leading out of half moon bay because of a one-way traffic control. we will have the bridge approaches but no surp
