jim bernard what happened with the no show on the snow? >> well, borrowing one from willie's playbook it is because i wasn't here. the ingredients were out there, they didn't come together in the right arrangement, we did see flurries it didn't stick no accumulations to speak of although all around us there was snow collecting in the higher terrain sox you know all the parts were here just didn't quite fit to make for several inches of snow at sea level as anticipated we see skies clearing out here today and as a result temperatures are chilling out. the last of our hard freeze mornings we do have a freeze warning up through 8:00 a.m. this morning with mid-20s to low 30s expected checking highs or lows i should say this hour. we see that has validated with upper 20s in the north bay and mid-to low 30s elsewhere around the bay. already napa set a record for the low this date, and has oakland, 34, napa 27, san the rosa 28 this hour, san raphael, 22, on the water here this morning already into the low 40s again we will start to warm up here a
