first up, attorney jim eisenhower. good morning. >> good morning, tam. >> foreign-policy analyst ed turzanski. public affairs strategist doug oliver. >> good morning. >> and g.o.p. state official renee amoore. >> good morning. >> so, the charges have been lodged against kathleen kane, and we finally heard from her this week. let's take a look at one of the big statements that she had to make about where things stand. >> my defense will not be that i'm the victim of an all-boys network or otherwise. my defense will be that i broke no laws of this commonwealth. period. >> "i am not a victim. i'm facing charges of leaking grand jury material and perjuring myself over it. i'm not a victim." but in explaining her overarching theory, this is what she said. >> it began with a group of state prosecutors and judges passing pornographic, racially-offensive, and religiously-offensive e-mails amongst each other. >> so, it's not about the charges, it's about people hiding pornographic e-mails. is there any way in which this makes s
