katie: that was jim farley, the ford ceo, and "wall street week" host david westin.lexing its muscles in efforts to get payments from etf firms in exchange for listing on its platforms. joining us on this etf friday is emily graffeo. give us the breakdown. >> we have been watching this since march when fidelity initially put nine etf firms on notice saying the end investor would have to pay a $100, up to a $100 surcharge, if they did not agree to a revenue sharing plan. fidelity has negotiated with those firms. but they are targeting a broader swath of etf issuers. we have learned they have told these issuers if they did not agree to a revenue sharing plan, they would bury the etf funds in the fidelity search bar. when an investor will log onto the platform, they will not be able to easily search for these funds. these are ongoing. we are wondering which other firms will be put on notice or if fidelity will be able to come to an agreement with a number of etf firms. katie: we are also wondering what schwab will do. what do indications suggest? >> that is the big ques

i think jim farley's good. i'm not going to back away. but ally's really amazingly cheap.le got out of this buy now, pay later business. it's a really dicey business. but you know, every time i have levchin on, i'm so impressed that the few -- the sheer number of losses that he has. he's just a better lender. max levchin is very good at what he does. i think the stock should be higher. i had him on when the stock was at $33. given the fact it's down 35%, but max is very good at what he does. he's not -- he doesn't suffer fools gladly. it's like, so, max, tell me, that first quarter, looks like it -- to me, it was pretty good, but i was worried about the loss. yes. >> yes. max is a serious -- >> yeah, i spoke to jensen huang, and i told a joke, and he went right over, and i said, wait a second, that was a joke. and he goes, super funny. laughing on the inside. max laughs on the inside. he sure doesn't laugh on the outside. >> that's true. jim, you mentioned ford. we're about a week out from tesla deliveries. >> oh, how many people can you lay off? >> they normally report on

ford's focus now is going to be taking the demand for hybrids, and we heard this last week from jim farleynge electric vehicles. they're not there yet, but that's one of the areas they focus on. you may be saying to yourself, well, what about the pure electric vehicles. they're only about 4% of the market. the lightning, the mustang mach-e, e-transit. they are at 4%, and that's not a huge growth area. look, they're losing over 100,000 per vehicle right now, at least they were in the first quarter, as you take a look at shares of ford, and also take a look at shares of general motors. as you mentioned, joe, that company is holding its annual meeting. i don't think we get any news here from mary barra. most of these annual meetings have been pretty straightforward in terms of here's what's going on, here's where we are. they have not been making news at these, but we'll tune in and see if mary barra has something to say a little bit later on that is noteworthy. >> you see rfk jr.'s latest idea? it's brilliant. $12/gallon gas. that way we hasten the transition to evs. or we move to california
