it is a distinction without a difference but they were no longer compatible that also happen with jim matusthink the principle that their advice is not being followed consequentially what am i doing here if i will not be listened to and the president has the right to take advice and counsel of who he wants he is director of foreign-policy not the national security advisor. >> i understand that the resignation what does that mean in terms of policy are there chances - - changes substantially quick. >> anybody who is spent any time around president trump doing national security policy knows he drives and he is the pivotal person in the room. he asks all the tough questions and is literally driving policy development and decision making and at times he will disagree. i don't see any major policy change. however i do see a major process change coming because ambassador bolton i do agree with his view views, walks away largely from the process to establish the risk and then walked away from that. and let's be frank. there are personality differences that is an elephant in the room john is notice
