bring in retired atf special agent in charge, jim kavanaugh and also still with us, frank figliuzzi and retired secret service special agent bobby mcdonaldmany tragic stories, unfortunately, mass shooting events. here we have a mass casualty event with a vehicle as the weapon here. are you surprised a r was able to drive at such a high speed for as long as it did there on bourbon street on one of the busiest nights of the year? >> it's just amazing to me. it strikes me as just a gross inadequacy here of the security. you showed a picture a few minutes ago of some police barricades. we don't know if those barricades were what the killer drove through. the picture there goes to show you how, you know, dump trucks or sanitation trucks that would have been allayed across bourbon street at either end would prevent a ford f-150 from getting in there. i own a ford f-150. they weigh about 4,500 pounds. but you see, even as this elevated tool here, you know, it's an elevator or a boom truck, boom tool that's tracked, and they put that up there for police monitoring or cameras to watch. well, even that stops the pickup truck. so, a dump truck or a

robert mcdonald is back with me. congressman jim from the intelligence committee participated in an fbi briefing with about 50 house members and was just on with us and said this is not definitive evidence but the fbi told house members in a bipartisan and not classified briefing that they interviewed the family of the man who did rent the tesla truck and they have pictures from the family where he had body tattoos that are identical to the body that was found in the truck. it may well be that this is the first indication from a ranking member of the intelligence committee that participated in the briefing quoted the fbi saying that the tattoos did match the man that rented the truck. we will wait to hear the authorities. what can you tell us about the investigation into what happened in las vegas? >> the latest is that we have substantial new information from an army spokesperson regarding mr. livelsberger's career in the army special forces. he entered active duty in 2012. he had a long and apparently very decorated career. he saw
