[laughter] i walked into the newsroom and all around the news room are plastered pictures of dean bakaay and otis chandler, the god, zeus. i thought, okay, welcome. i had decided that i was just going to go there, and i was going to get up in front of the newsroom. i said right away, assemble the staff. i went out and i basically, you know, said, okay, i'm a journalist. i'm here. i think i can help you guys, and i just basically tried to be real honest to them. it appealed to the sense in journalists that they'll give you a fair shake. they traffic in fairness and balance, and if they think you're honest, they'll give you a chance even if they can't stand you. i basically did that, and we went to work and tried to do it, but all throughout the industry, you have to understand people -- we had gone through three or four years of trying to figure out, you know,
