we have jim patrick. >> thank you. jim patrick, patrick and company. to the board of directors here. i'd like to call your attention to the san francisco transit authority that agreed to spend $188,000 on a peer rephrase for the design to bring together the rav report, two track versus one track, and the proposal to the tjpa has been made, and i believe mark or one of our representatives are going to sit on that board. that's a strategic thing, and as this peer group reviews it, they're going to finally make a recommendation. it seems to me, from an outsider looking in, that no one can do what the peer group doesn't want to do, so it will essentially be a decision about how the dtx and the connection on down the line is going to go. it's a clever political move, but i'd like to see reporting and i had i'd like to see an agenda item on this board as to how this process is going. we have to pay attention to this, and i'm also curious what the board policy direction is to our staff relative to what we should be reporting and promoting to this peer group.
