i'm jim rosenfield. the hottest weather of the summer settles in. let's get right to glenn "hurricane" schwartz with your first alert neighborhood forecast. and it's a hot one. >> we've been warning you about this for a week. we had the first alert for much of the philadelphia area, the p.a. suburbs, new jersey, delaware, even up toward the lehigh valley now, through sunday. a combination of the heat and extremely high humidity, making it feel like it's up to 110. and that's no exaggeration as you'll see. near 90 in delaware with sunshine. lehigh valley near 90. 92 in philadelphia. we hit 95 degrees today. but how it felt, wow, it feels like 101 now in philadelphia. 100 in allentown. 103 vineland. 111 in dover. that number was up to 114 an hour ago. now, we have most of the area rain-free, but we do have a couple of thunderstorms in bucks county right now. as you can see, a lot of lightning right near buckingham. this storm is moving slowly to the east. and there is a flood advisory for that portion of the area. we'll talk more about future storms a
