mayor jim ross just telling cnn that at least two people have been shot and the shooter is not in custody. let's listen. >> first of all, i want to thank all of the agencies that we had that responded to this. we had grand prairie police department, mansville police department, mansville federal district, the fbi, atf helping us in this situation. any time you have an incident like this that kocomes out as a active shooter particularly in a school, all of law enforcement really comes together and cooperates and makes sure that we have a unified effort to neutralize or to stop any type of threat, particularly in these schools and our children. i want to kind of brief you and give you the facts as we know it. about 9:15 this morning, we got a call that there was a shooting on the second floor of timber view high school. several other phone calls came in at the same time. i can tell you that there were four victims. one was minor injuries who refused treatment, three individuals were taken to the hospital. currently we have multiple agencies doing a methodical search as they were in lockdown
