jim shallick here legal expert joins us now to talk about the significance of going through each and every one of these weapons, wrench, box cutters, rope, knife, why? >> very important for the government to show that she used the defendant many different weapons and that they were located in different places in the store, this from the government's point of view will show that this was a deliberate plan to kill jayna murray, and obviously one weapon didn't do it, so she had to go to different weapons. it shows premeditation. reporter: for the defense? >> for the defense, they're probably going to show that everything was in one place, easily acceptable and when she exploded and lost control, all the different weapons were there and she just started using all of them in a frenzy. reporter: we cannot not mention some of going on in the courtroom. jim, you were there watching the video with everybody else of the crime scene, jayna murray's body lying in a pool of blood. you saw one person run out, one in tears, the murray family collecting their hands looking down. >> it was gruesome,
