. >> i agree with jim's point. stuart mentioned about aitc reform. this is what we need to get into. there are some fraud issues we need to police and do a better job. and i believe ultimately it is a good idea to get the eitc to become a monthly system so you see it in your paycheck every month, so that it -- i think by reforming and working within the eitc structure, that's a more successful outcome and more likely reform than subsidy is a good idea. i just think we can take the attributes of that idea and apply them to eitc. we have a program that has a good success rate that can need some reform, monthly, going after fraud. other thing is it works. this is one of my -- i think uncle miltie, we conservatives call it uncle miltie, this was an idea that was inspired from some of his work. this is an idea that has great philosophical, principled origins that has been practiced in society, that actually shows that it really does pay to work and it is getting people. here's the other point. 20% of americans between the ages of 20 and 21 are not working

congressman jim wrightin joins us, stay with us. stuartican dream is going up. loren has details for us. how much? >> $130,000 a year in annual income. stuart: you could achieve the american dream. >> what is the american dream? logical question? two kids, white bigots fence, the ability to save for retirement, pay for your kids at education and maybe take a vacation or two year. that is the american dream and it is just a dream for so many of them. $30,000 a year, one in eight. stuart: 12% of american households actually make $130,000 a year or more, 12%, that is it. >> 16 million american households. stuart: it would depend where you live. you are not doing very well -- >> $130,000 gets you nothing. but you would still think nationally i thought that number was a little low. two incomes, mom and dad working, you would assume it would be a little more. usa today crunched the numbers and found statistics that were superhigh like the grocery bill for an entire year, $13,000 for groceries. that doesn't include going out to eat or anything li

stuart: thank you very much, jim. it was a two-one decision. i just want to quote very briefly.t this, he says that there will be disastrous consequences from this decision. you are right all the way down the line there, jim. >> the two judges that decided the case said, look, you can argue all sorts of things. the plain language of the statute is clear. they said, look. we can look for all kinds of things. at some point, you have to rely on the plane language of the statute and that is what they did. stuart: you have to pass this before you can find out what is in it. >> nine out of 10 people get credit. this is what happens when you run a bill through without going through the normal conference committee to clean up a language. if you don't have the credit, you cannot buy the coverage. it will go into a death spiral. >> it says this guts obamacare. i think that added to what you already quoted. it shows you the power of this ruling. >> can congress go back and rewrite the law? >> he says that there is no way you can overturn this decision. >> right. >> not this congress. >> th
