we're also joined by jim woolsey and with us here in studio, jeff sica. ad a.?ctly what is confirmed. around 11:30 this morning new york time that malaysian aircraft, flight 17, disappeared from ukrainian radar. it is believed the plane was shot down, but it's not been confirmed what caused this plane to crash. we know there were 280 people aboard -- 395 people aboard -- 295 people aboard,285 passengers, 15 crew. the ukrainian government says it was not responsible for this crash, it never fired anything towards the craft, and this is important because on monday a car quo plane was shot down by separatist rebels. now, this is according to not only to the ukrainian government, but also u.s. officials. the ukrainian government also says one of its fighter jets was shot down wednesday evening by a russian fighter jet. the ukrainian government did issue -- and, again, this was the ukrainian government -- issued flight restrictions for the area over zone ukraine that planes should not fly between 26,000 and 32,000 feet when they are going over that region. this aircr
