instead of all my god, i can't believe i'm talking to - - my first celebrity interview was joan rivers. i'm guessing it's probably the worst thing ever made. don't do that. listen back over and over to what you make. it's surprising how common it is that i never go back and listen to the finished episode. you need to listen to your not just hearing and editing and producing process. you need to hear him and also. what is the average person hearing when it's done? what are they going to notice. what will they love or hate? what makes your ears perk up mark what makes you fall asleep. all of those things. you should be your first listener and be encouraging all of your listeners to give you feedback. it should include engagement with your listeners because that's one way to grow your audience. have you also lived by the self-help book. did it ruin your marriage? share your story. have all the different ways and make sure you're always giving them what i call assignments. when you're asking them to share a story. not a yes or no answer. or to do something else for you. tell a friend. rate
