i would just like to chime in on joanna powell. we had a chance to meet with her twice for this appointment. one thing i would like to signal , not only to her but to any member that is applying to the other seat, for this appointment to the children, youth and family oversight advisory committee, they should have a phenomenal grasp on the issues and challenges that are facing children and youth, particularly in the southeast. it is a major beneficiary of granting and funding and in the beginning, i was uncomfortable to support joanna powell because she did not demonstrate an understanding about the challenges of the southeast schools as well as the students and the families. i have since been able to relax my concerns and have another opportunity to chat with her. i will be supporting her today. looks like we can take that, same house same call, unless there are any objections. thank you. we will take this same house same call. this motion is approved. please call items ten, 11 and 12 >> item ten is a resolution approving the term
