sean: 37-year-old stabbing death of joanne boucher. moore was arrested on friday. ray brewer live at the danville police department. what are officials saying about the relationship between the suspect and the victim in the case? ray: sean investigators with the attorney general's office aren't commenting on the nature of the relationship between moore and boucher. neighbors tell us that moore had been living with joanne boucher. caramel drive last monday. that was three days after authorities say she was killed. they say that moore stabbed her repeatedly. the new hampshire sex offender registry says that moore was living at the same address. it also shows he had a criminal record that dates back to 1996. in 1998 she was convicted of felonious sexual assault. and a statement issued after moore's arrest last week, boucher's ex-husband told news 9 quote we are glad that horrible crime. however myself, my fame, and the rest of the decent law-abiding citizens being wonder why career criminals, such as richard moore, are allowed to walk the street. nothing from the atto
