joanne pileggi live now as the king of prussia area prepares for snow and also the cold. joanne? >> reporter: well here we go, everyone. ready, set, snow! that sounds about right. continued cold, frigid temperatures and now snow on the way. we're here to tell you that road clues crews, penn got, philadelphia crews will have you covered to try to keep everyone as safe as possible over the next 24 to 48 hours. here's some video from skyfox earlier today above some road crews. preparing the settlement and blacktop with brian and anti icing materials. now, that is the idea as road crews are out in advance of this winter snow event. best case here the snow will be coming on a saturday and there should be fewer drivers on the roads. cold temperatures do present a challenge in terms much with us putting salt down. we will monitor -- we'll monitor that. the cold temperatures can make salt less effective. there by we may need to put more salt down. our crews will monitor that throughout the day tomorrow. and if that becomes necessary we'll put more salt down than our initial spread. >> pe
