jocelyn moran is live at sfo. jocelyn, i beth is a big nightmare for passengers traveling through there. what are you seeing? >> it's truly a travel nightmare for so many people that just landed at sfo. there are people that landed here 12 to 15 hours ago. that is based on people that we have talked to this morning. take a look at this. this is what we are saying. terminal three baggage claim, people are looking through the suitcases to see if they can find theirs. it goes all the way back here. there are a lot of people here who tried to go to hotel rooms. we talked to at least three people that tried to go to hotel rooms because they have flights later in the morning or this afternoon and they can't find a hotel room as well. i will introduce you to miles. he is looking through the suitcases. he traveled with his wife and their baby, 13-month-old baby. they are coming from the newark airport in new jersey which already experienced the delays and cancellations. we are seeing the delays. they are here at sfo. they

i know a woman named jocelyn who lived it. for 10 years, more than that she was a needle drug addict living on the streets. came into our mission. came to faith in christ. got clean. but she didn't give up her food stamps. it was a lot of work for to us convince her she had the ability to pride for herself. when she did finally voluntarily up her food stamp card, her trajectory change she went to college, got her masters, now she runs one of our shelters. you can imagine reporters were interested in doing a story. there before the camera, in an interview with a reporter she said it was harder for me to give up food stamps than it was for know give up heroin. dependency is a form of slavery that's holding millions of americans back from living a flourishing life that god intended. and for jocelyn, her dignity, her freedom, the flourishing life she lived, it didn't through welfare or food stamps. it came through faith, friendships and work. let me leave you with a last comment from a woman named selena who is also homeless. she
