jocelyn? is it as bad as it was yesterday? >> reporter: yeah, i wish i had some better news here this morning but we are still seeingthe effects of delays and cancellations. same area as yesterday. the baggage claim area of terminal 3. i will say the pile of suitcases and bags does seem to be a little bit smaller than it was yesterday but still there are people here who are dealing with canceled and delayed flights. i also went upstairs just minutes ago. to see how the line for customer service was looking like. it is still pretty long. not as long as yesterday but i was talking to a few people and they were telling us they have already been waiting about an hour, hour and a half in the line. and they're still at the end of the line. so they're just trying to see if they can reschedule and find another flight that was already canceled for them or delayed. now sfo spokesperson yesterday said they are not aware of the related issues here but what they are seeing could be a result of of what is g
