jodi hernandez got hold of the surveillance video, joins us live showing us the scary moments. jodi? >> reporter: janel, witnesses tell us it was terrifying. the car owner and a police officer were injured during that carjacking and chase. tonight the two suspects remain on the loose. you're looking at surveillance video of a carjacking going sideways in east oakland. >> it's scary. it was very, very scary. >> reporter: police say it all started when the owner of a porsche suv met with two prospective car buyers for a test drive. police say instead of a test drive they shot the car owner in the elbow, then took off, sparking a police chase into a dead end street. >> i saw an suv just shoot out this way. >> reporter: witnesses say the suv made a quick u-turn and crashed into the police car that was in pursuit. >> basically the side of the door was smashed, and the window was shattered all over. >> reporter: then the stolen car smashed into a van, flipping it over. police surrounded the suv with guns drawn, but the carjackers had already bailed out taking off on foot. >> i hope ha
