nbc's joe fryer reports. >> reporter: this week marks 20 years since the death of jonbenet ramsay, a case that remains unsolved. the anniversary prompted a number of tv special that have aired over the last few months. one of those shows is the subject of a multimillion dollar lawsuit filed by john benny's brother burke. he's suing cbs regarding the show "the case of jonbenet ramsay. they theorize burke may have struck his sister with a flashlight. he says that accusation is based on lives and half truths and the program ruined his reputation. he's now seeking $750 million in damages. cbs has not returned our call seeking kmpt. earlier this year they told us they stand by the broadcast and would do so in court. after two decades, this case continues to draw headlines and remains unsolved. just this month, investigators in boulder, colorado, say they'll be conducting more dna testing on the evidence using new technology. sam and kira. >> joe fryer is going to bring us much more coverage on that burke ramsay lawsuit coming up on the "today" show right after "today in the bay." >>> a st
