joe vasquez, cbs 5. >> what a gal. >>> time to turn now to our weather forecast.ut there this morning, but christie's telling us it's going to be burning off. >> it is going to be burning off in some parts. cloud cover into the afternoon, but you might have to go inland to get a larger dose of sunshine. you can see the cloud cover pretty much blanketing all the bay area right now. you can make out some of the buildings downtown. tops are cut off there. that's the case definitely at the coastline if you're there this afternoon. this morning, inland spots looking good. seeing some blue peeking through. we'll see sunshine into the afternoon hours. mild start. cloud cover keeping temperatures in the 50s and 60s. cooler afternoon than what we saw yesterday. then even cooler temperatures tomorrow than what we'll see today. outside right now, 58 in oakland, fairfield breaking the 60-degree mark. then a few 60-degree readings in fremont and san jose. satellite showing all the cloud cover that's moved in during the those overnight hours. and we're going to continue to see

joe vasquez with more from justin herman plaza. they are saying police officers crossed the line. >> reporter: allen, occupy sf moved here, they had a rally saturday, spent the night. then, yesterday, they say that police aggressively and even violently broke up their camp. >> they kicked and they punched. they struck those of us who held our lines. >> reporter: but police say no they didn't go into break up the protest. they were asking them to pull down their tarps and tents because they were in violation of the city tents. the protestors talked amongst themselves by complying but, in the end, they refused. so police called in trucks from the department of public works and began dismannedling the environment camp. >> the officers attempted to facilitate a path for the trucks to exit the area at which time demonstrators surrounded the officers and, again, were very aggressive. >> the situation escalated. someone stabbed a truck's tire and flat end it. angry protestors tried to block the street. >> get out of the street. >> quit pu

. >> joe vasquez, thank you. >> all right. >>> an officer involved shooting was caught on tape by police. police say a city-issued la pell camera showed what happened when a cop shot and killed a suspect on september 25th. it happened on cherry street near 99th avenue. police say, during a struggle, an armed man threatened the officers so the officer opened fire. it is not clear if police will release that video to the public. >>> well police have identified three people, shot and killed, after an illegal party in san leandro over the weekend. it happened just after 1:00 a.m. yesterday on alva rad oh street. police say the gunman opened fire while his victims were leaving the party which was being held in a warehouse. 16-year-old lanetia northing ton. sha neice kil, and alfred all died. three other people were hurt. it's not clear why the gunman fired but her father told us he wants justice for his daughter. >> my child, my only child, goes out, this time she did not come back. there are witnesses out there, if you can tweet about it you can talk about it. >> today students at san leandr
