we have a mug shot of 52-year-old joel kaufman. this was taken in august when he was arrested for the same thing. charges were not filed then because police had not finished their investigation. kaufman lives in orinda and a $300,000 warrant is out for his arrest. the contra costa county district attorney says he molested one teen boy younger than 14 over a span of seven years in this time frame in '05 to 2012, he is accused of drugging this boy and then raping him.
