joey, i'll start with you. we heard the term, danger to the community., what the judge said about manafort. why? >> well, i think because if you look at the alleged behavior, it's problematic, right? the fact is, is that when you're out on bail and of course he was on $10 million, the fact is that you have to comport with the law and when you don't do that, and you allegedly reach out to other witnesses in an effort to have them tailor your testimony in a way that's consistent to your defense, that becomes problematic. understand that, ana, all you need is probable cause to believe that those things occurred in order to get you back in and so i think the judge was none too pleased with his behavior, his alleged conduct, and showed him as much by putting him back in, and just quickly, here's why it's important. number one, obviously, when you engage in this alleged behavior, again, probable cause, he's not guilty of it at this point, you know, it allows you to be put back in but more importantly, it allowed the prosecutors to upgrade the charges and then
