one of our panel members, john bicari, saying megaprojects are a process of near-death experiences.he other goal was to learn from some of the similar challenging projects across the country and across the world and bring those lessons learned here to phase two, to dtx to try to put it on a track to avoid some of the pitfalls, if possible. and this is a reminder of our process, a methodology we went through in april, a series of workshops with the stakeholders and the panel on a lot of the areas of governance and oversight, project delivery, funding and finance and we k a d we did a series of interviews, in-depth with stakeholders in the region, as well as sessions with the tgpa looking the current project information which was extremely helpful to inform our process. finally, we embarked on five case studies of megaprojects in-depth in the apendices of the report. the panel did develop a two-year plan for the agencies involved and those are-day-old more in the report and i won't go into them here but happy to engage on any questions around that if we get to it. so just jumping in,
