john. david, that our top story this morning, no charges yet for the protesters who shut down the golden gate bridge on monday. there was a district attorney, brooke evidence is needed before she can move forward with the case. almost michael thomas live near the golden gate bridge with the details. michael, what are you learning? >> hey, good morning. everyone will really this decision by san francisco da brooke jenkins to not pursue the charges comes as a surprise for many because california highway patrol did arrest numerous protesters for numerous offenses on monday for shutting down the golden gate bridge and really causing havoc. and we've got video of what that scene looks like monday morning at around 08:30am, when pro-palestinian protesters took over the bridge, stopping traffic both ways in total chp arrested. 26 protester for false imprisonment, unlawful assembly and conspiracy to commit a crime. protesters use pipes, chains and locks making things difficult for law enforcement to get them off of the road and get traffic moving. and despite the havoc that it caused, san francisco da, brooke jenkins says there was no clear evidence to ch
