let's get more with john butler. start with at&t. they had a disappointing first-quarter.o better this time around? i think the focus for at&t now that time warner is closed is -- how is that integration going to proceed? what are their plans? i think the current order for at&t and verizon just doesn't matter, given the fact that they are right on the edge of embarking on this new path of growth. shery: after the acquisition of time warner, at&t saying it has debt. how much will that way on investor confidence this time? >> it's a concern, but at&t has gotten it into the fact that they expect this to be accretive within the year. think, isbelieving, i the attitude right now towards at&t. but you know, they have owned directv for several quarters. integrated and they are no stranger to the content game. they are in a good position to execute now that they own the turner content. to your point, both of these companies are poised to say not to look at us right now. think of where we are going. how much patience will investors have to wait and see what happens? especially in t
