let's bring in cnn reporter and john avlon and speciali agent josh campbell. josh, we have jamie roche saying that brett kavanaugh lied under oath to the u.s. senate. which is a crime. he was never talked to by the fbi. we have been told that the truthfulness of kavanaugh's testimony was not something fbi could look into or his drinking habits. as "the washington post" suggests, is this a sham investigation? >> the interview last night was a game changer today in the sense if it will not change votes on the hill, but for the american people to say directly on camera on national television, that the statements made by the judge were not consistent with the truth and saying these were lies. this is someone who sat there and asked serious questions and lied about his past. it takes it back to the larger issue we have talked about all week. it is not about his actions and drinking in the past. it is about standing here today and lying about them according to someone who knew him well. that will set the stage today. we will see if it impacts everything. there have

this morning in a press release, campbe campbell soup company announces that those four shareholders descendants of johne, the inventor of condensed soup notified the board that they intend to vote of the current slate of the directors of campbell we are talking about -- they represent about 41% of the shares if you are doing the math and you need 50% to replace the directors and it is of those shares voted and 41% voted against. as we have been saying for quite some time. it is an uphill battle for mr. lobe for at the very least to replace the director we'll see what mr. lobe says i did put in a call to him, he has not returned it. i did want to point it out and it is having an impact on campbell shares. >> i find that's a mediocre board and if they don't sell that company, i patrick severrel more quarters of the same. they have a stretch balance sheet. you know that's from haiti i am not surprised >> they're very ill advised. i am not surprise one bit that the family is sticking by. that has been their gain it has been their gain >> remember when senator warren says what's wrong with mediocrity they'r
