john clark starts us off with comments from coach chip kelly, john?> this was one of the worst losses we've seen in a long time because of how inept the offense was and it was against the hated cowboys. the birds have their fewest rushing yards since 1961, 54 years ago. take a look at the faces of chip kelly and the players. you can see the frustration in their faces. they had just 21 yards of offense in the first half, their fewest yards in the first half in 21 years. they couldn't move the ball more than a yard per play. this is the offense with the second most yards in the nfl in chip's first two years. chip today was asked if this was embarrassing. >> i mean, i was embarrassed. that's not the way we're supposed to play football and that's not what we're all about, but we didn't play well yesterday, and i was embarrassed yesterday. >> my message was we felt we prepared well in the preseason and now we didn't play well in the first half against atlanta, didn't play well at all against dallas. the team in the second half in atlanta is the team we nee
