as john demers mentioned earlier, as chris wray said, we've done these courts successfully in article three courts for many, many years. i've done them myself. i've supervised them myself. article three courts which procedures are known and well established, are the exact right place for terrorism cases. what will it look like? later today these two terrorists will be making their initial appearance. they will be informed of the charges. they will be appointed counsel, and from there the judge will set a trial date. the government will provide discovery, the evidence it has collected against them to defense counsel and they'll either plead guilty at some point or go to trial. i imagine either way, whether it's a guilty plea or a trial, they will spend the rest of their lives in federal prison which is exactly where they ought to be. >> justice and security analyst matt miller is also with us. matt, if i'm not mistaken, you were -- if my math is right, you were at doj when this went down. you've been here from the beginning as well. were you optimistic we would see this day at some poi
