john dikerson is cbs new's political director and the host of "face the nation." so john, we have seen these very heated protests against donald trump continue. how worried is the rnc that its convention could look like what we saw in new mexico and california this past week? >> well, i think they're worried. they believe that a lot of these protests are set up, that this isn't people just expressing their first amendment rights but that these are mischief makers trying to cause kal amity for the republicans. so they are quite well aware of it. authorities in ohio are well aware of it. and so they'll just have to hopefully manage it but we won't really know until we get there. >> turning to the democrats, how much of a setback for the clinton campaign is the e-mail controversy? >> the e-mail report from the inspector general, the state department is a problem for tw reasons am one t reminded people of questions they had about the way hillary runs her affairs. questions that have been there for a long time. and the other problem is that it gives a realtime fresh exa
