nbc 10 photographer john panfile spotting this rainbow over northeast philadelphia this morning. nbc 10 first alert chief meteorologist glenn "hurricane" schwartz here with the forecast. you can't beat a rainbow like that. >> it's beautiful once you start to see a little bit of sunshine at the end of the showers. now, those showers are pretty much moved out but we still have a lot of clouds around. this is the pocono mountains. you can see the showers moving towards new york city but there are more in southern delaware and even more in eastern virginia. moving in the general direction of delaware and south jersey. so that's where the best chance of any rain is. these the reporting stations. everybody is reporting cloudy skies but none of them are reporting rain at this hour. so things have dried out, at least temporarily, in delaware and south jersey and we might not see any more rain in pennsylvania counties for the rest of the day. we're already up to 70 in millville and atlantic city international. even with all those clouds, 66 in philadelphia. the average high is 60. so even with the early rain and cloud cover we're li
