the senator lindsey graham groups who say talks of this nature, the infrastructure bipartisan package is going to harm bipartisan talks. but then there are others like senator johnne who have known all along they can agree to thinks with republicans. so i think the question is who does infrastructure, especially this traditional infrastructure, benefit. and republicans -- this is good for -- roads and bridges are good for republicans too. it's good for them facing voters, especially those up for re-election in 2022. so i'm not convinced that the democrats moving alone is going to derail these bipartisan talks, but as we've talked over and over again, kasie, i'm watching where senate minority leader mitch mcconnell is because he has the power to derail this entire thing. if he think this is a bad deal for his party and for his position of power, then he is going to absolutely do that. he hasn't spoken up yet, but some of my sources are skeptical that he's actually going to get on board in the end. but as far as democrats are concerned, they have to make these guarantees in order to ensure bipartisan votes or votes from the progressives on this bipartisan deal. th
