john hansen has more from atlanta. donald trump is doubling down after an unprecedented 4th indictment against the former president. trump says on monday, it is resort in bed minister. he will outline why the 2020 election in georgia was filled with fraud. that is 3 years after he started trying to prove that. and that is what caused him to be accused of racketeering and other crimes. here in georgia, the governor of georgia disagree. he sent out a statement saying the 2020 election in georgia was not stolen. he is a republican. he said that the elections in georgia are secure in fair and it will be as long as he is governor of rudolph giuliani, whose name is a co defendant. in this case, the president's personal lawyer and the former mayor of new york also double down. he said, this is an affront to democracy. so the p r strategy seems to be by trump, and at least some of his co conspirators, they, they will argue that they didn't do anything illegal in georgia that they believe the election was stolen. they still believe it and that therefore all they were doing was trying to correct
