let's go over to john king now at the magic wall, john more votes coming in. where are they coming in from? >> the starting to get a good scattering across the state, which makes it interesting. you get to see rural areas as pop up here. kolkovska county, rural area. donald trump on this county by 40 points. so this is not something joe biden is worried about come november republicans going to win this, but you're just trying to see is the uncommitted vote is high in these rural counties we don't have as many democrats. you tend to have more conservative democrats. if you do have them there. but yeah, so at 07:40, 5% up on these tiny rural counties. but then you come down, it's still at 16% statewide nearing 17,000 votes. and so we did get since last few visited our first votes from wayne county, just want to caution you, it's a tiny this is one precinct, probably a sample facing. but still 23% right there. that to me is the question of the night what is that percentage and what is that number in wayne county because this is ground zero, if you will, of the di

let's go straight to john king who is over at the magic wall with more. john, what are we seeing? anything coming in just yet? >> we are seeing the early votes come in, and to your point of what donald trump expects, he's going to get it. you see red starting to fill out on the map. that is very early, we have about 1% of the vote counted. the two biggest counties, obviously clock down here, 75% of the state population lives in las vegas or the suburbs around it. up here with reno. trump is doing well in both, you've got 96% of the vote so far. again, it is early, but this we expect a romp. we expect a rope tonight in vegas. he's getting clark county, which includes vegas, he's getting 99% of dumont, and then if you round up the texas business with brian vaguely, the only other person on the ballot. so, to your point, abby number, one if you come out to the full lap iowa, new hampshire, nevada. that will make trump three and oh. it's never happened in modern times, where somebody winds iowa and new hampshire. he's going to win nevada as well, the same cand

let's go to john king now. john, you have some new information about the uncommitted vote? >> yes. a couple of important new ways to look at this jake, including the first votes from dearborn where you saw jeff zeleny at the dinner where they were organizing the big problem protests obviously, that is ground zero for the muslim american population in michigan, forgive me, i just don't pull up this blackboard here. first. the first i want to show you, wayne county, dearborn is right here to the west of detroit. these are the wayne county results has been frustrating. wayne county always count slow or they're only a 4% of the estimated vote. we know that none of this that you're seeing president biden at 71% uncommitted, a 24%. this does not include any votes from dearborn, but cnn has obtained from the city some of their vote counts. so let me pull up this blackboard here and i'll write them in for you. forgive me for turning my back, but i'm left-handed. let me move this over here. i'm gonna put this here. these are the unofficial results from the city of dearborn. but on city lett

let's go back to john king john, obviously we're just hearing the white house that president biden hassuozzi. now the question is, without extrapolating too much, how are they reading into these results? >> i think you make the key point. how do you try to find lessons without overstating the importance of one special election. let's just go back and look very quickly at the results. so what you have or is it mccracker in what was viewed? who does have very close race kaitlan though, with an eight point lead at the moment in most of the votes counted. so that's an impressive win for the democrat, democrat tom suozzi. the conversation now in both democratic and republican campaigns, including the trump and the biden campaign is, was it just about him or was there something in the message? was there a key add that swung the race? what was it that's what they're going to try to figure out why you don't expect new york, of course, to be competitive in the presidential election. but if you want to be mount number one, if you're the biden campaign and you're the democratic party, you want to
