marshal is under arrest this morning for a bizarre violation of privacy while on duty. he's accused of taking inappropriate photos of women. this until another passenger actually confronted him. for more, here's abc's johnler. >> reporter: 28-year-old adam bartsch is accused of taking cell phone pictures up female passengers dresses. police in nashville say bartsch was on duty aboard southwest airline flight 3132 traveling from nashville to tampa. another passenger saw the man taking the photos and grabbed the cell phone. >> i looked at the guy. and i said excuse me. you ought to be ashamed of yourself. you're a disgrace to a human being. >> reporter: flight attendants were notified. and bartsch was escorted off the flight. which had not taken off yet. overnight, the transportation security administration released a statement saying, tsa does not tolerate criminal behavior. the agency removed this individual from his current duties and is in the process of suspending or terminating his employment. bartsch admitted taking similar photos more than a dozen times in the past. he has been charged with unlawful photography and disorderly conduct. for "good morning america," john muller, abc news, new york. >>
