john miller, this seems to be moving along pretty quickly so far. >> for a booking that was record time but i think what we're seeing here is the effect of the u.s. marshalbably filling out all of those forms ahead of time, the fbi doing all of their records in advance, the electronic fingerprint scan. they don't really have to wait for his records to come back, yeah, i would say that was record time, but i also think it was pretty well forecast in advance that the steps would be mostly executed before he walked in the room. >> how long do you think he will be before the judge, how long a process is that? >> between the booking process as in the paperwork aspect and the actual arraignment where the judge is going to read out the charges, ask for a plea, they might do some scheduling issues in terms of when is the next trial date, knowing who was on the record, et cetera, both nauta and trump, walt nauta also a part of this entire thing. expect to see an abbreviated arraignment process. these are normally very quick as opposed to a preliminary hearing about probable cause. is there enough evidence to support the grand jury's claim, et cetera, or findings?
